By pairing the Activator Method with Functional Neurology, Dr. Rahn focuses on fine-tuning your body’s unique "wiring." This approach doesn't just treat an ache; it optimizes your entire function so you can show up fully for your life’s biggest strategies.
The Experience: Adjustment are done using the Activator as a "precision instrument" that feels like a light "tap." There will never be twisting, cracking, or popping.
The Assessment: Dr. Jenn looks at the body through the lens of Functional Neurology, meaning she doesn’t just looking at bones, but how the brain communicates with the rest of the body.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your nervous system is the primary coordinator of your health and performance. When it’s stuck in a stress loop (often involving subluxation), your body’s ability to optimally engage with the world can decrease. Dr. Jenn’s goal is to help shift your system from survival-based stress to optimized function by clearing physical interference and 'static' in the body.
WHY THE NERVOUS SYSTEM MATTERS
Dr. Jenn Rahn is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in the state of Colorado. Chiropractic care at What If? is focused on the assessment of the nervous system and the correction of vertebral subluxations to optimize body function.
While Dr. Rahn provides coaching and life strategy services, these sessions are distinct from clinical chiropractic treatment. Life strategy coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical diagnosis, or treatment for specific diseases. Participation in coaching does not establish a doctor-patient relationship for chiropractic purposes unless a clinical exam and intake are performed.
Results and "optimized function" are individualized and depend on a variety of factors including lifestyle, consistency of care, and your body’s unique healing capacity.
