I’m building a curated referral network within my community made up of practitioners, creatives, and service providers whose work I trust and feel confident recommending.

This application is for those who would like to be considered as a referral within the network. It helps me understand what you offer, who you serve best, and how your work may be supportive to the people in this community.

Referrals are shared intentionally and when aligned. Inclusion in the network is selective and reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure clarity, integrity, and quality for everyone involved. Submitting this application does not guarantee inclusion, but it allows me to keep accurate information and make thoughtful connections when appropriate. If accepted, a further form will be sent for you to complete.
