Person reflecting on life while sitting on a red rock formation, symbolizing grounding, vision work, and clarity.

Founder of What If? | Strategist for High-Functioning Humans | Doctor of Chiropractic

If you’re high-capacity but secretly running on fumes...
If you’ve outgrown your current life but don’t know what’s next...
If you’re tired of doing it all alone — I built this for you.

I work with people who’ve always been the strong ones. The ones with big ideas and busy calendars. The ones who have everything together — except the clarity or community to make their next move real. My job is to help you connect the dots, get unstuck, and build a plan that actually fits your life.

I’m a Doctor of Chiropractic with a background in functional neurology and visionary leadership. I’ve represented the U.S. on a global chiropractic board, played in the 2008 Little League Softball World Series, and hold degrees in Biblical Studies, General Science, and Chiropractic. I’ve worked with billionaires and everyday dreamers — and I treat everyone with the same respect and strategy.

But more than anything, I’m a builder — of people, of ideas, of possibility. I created What If? to be a launchpad: part strategy, part support system, part “finally someone gets me.”

This isn’t just a coaching space. It’s a practical resource hub for Fort Collins (and beyond). If you’re ready to turn the corner, we’ll do it together — without fluff, and without delay.

”What if it all goes right?” isn’t a slogan. It’s a strategy. Let’s build it.

How I Got Here

I’m originally from Sterling, Illinois — a small town with big dreams. I grew up as a competitive athlete, traveling often for sports and learning discipline and excellence early on. In 2008, I played in the World Series. That mindset carried me through high school and eventually found myself on scholarship at the University of Iowa, where I studied pre-chiropractic and business while rowing competitively — something I’d never done before.

Everything changed when I sustained a major injury.

That moment unraveled everything I thought I knew about success. I suddenly found myself without a clear path forward and no one around me who truly understood what I was going through. Most people assumed I was fine — because I had always figured it out — but the truth is, I felt completely lost. No one in my circle had walked the path I was attempting to navigate.

Eventually, I shifted gears and pursued a degree in Biblical Studies — a deep dive into literature, teaching, and human understanding from a christian worldview. I started working as a PE teacher and running youth programs through the YMCA, where I began to notice something: people didn’t just need inspiration, they needed practical help. Real tools. Tangible support. And I wanted to be the one to offer that.

With the guidance of a lifelong mentor, Dr. Joseph Harbosky, I found my way back to chiropractic — and something clicked.

The start of chiropractic school wasn’t easy. I had just experienced a traumatic domestic violence situation, but I pressed forward. Despite the pain, I pushed myself — finishing my Bible courses, studying full-time in a doctorate program, leading clubs, and even representing the U.S. as a student diplomat at a global chiropractic summit in Australia and then serving on the board.

Eventually, I hit a wall.

Motivated but depleted, I completely burned out. COVID gave me time to pause — a forced reset — but I returned to school still deeply exhausted. In clinic, I worked on tough, complex cases and poured myself into learning. I did my preceptorship in Santa Barbara, where the beauty of the environment gave me space to ask myself, what do I actually like? That season was the first time I started to make choices based on desire, not just obligation. I began reclaiming my life.

After graduation, I trained in functional neurology and Craniocervical Junction care — some of the most specialized work in the field. But breaking into practice wasn’t easy. I worked for three different doctors in toxic environments involving fraud allegations, discrimination, and serious ethical misalignment. Each time, I learned. Each time, I rebuilt. And each time, I asked: What if?

I kept trying to serve the world — to be light — but I kept hitting walls. I realized most people trying to “do the right thing” were flying blind with no real support or resources. And so was I.

Then in April 2024, on an ordinary phone call, everything changed again. I asked a simple question:

“What if it all goes right?”

That moment cracked something open. I realized how deeply I had suppressed my joy and how much of my life had been shaped by fear and survival. That one question began guiding my healing — and soon, it became a movement.

Since then, I’ve helped people build their lives from the inside out — starting personal growth journeys, launching businesses, and delivering meaningful messages across the country. What if? isn’t just a brand. It’s a new way of thinking. One rooted in hope, personal power, and possibility — and it’s built from everything I had to survive to now teach.

I am here for you, whether locally or virtually. It’s time to help you build a life you deserve.

What if it all goes right?
