This package includes your establishment of care with Dr. Jenn Rahn, DC., as well as your first adjustment at the time of exam unless otherwise determined by Dr. Jenn Rahn, DC for referral or deferral of care. Adjustment is included in first visit fees. This is a 1 time fee, follow up adjustments are $50/visit.
Following Booking, there will be an intake form that will save you time at your first visit. If Dr. Jenn has any questions or needs to request previous imaging, she will reach out.
